NCC Workshop of the Year announced

Over 300 member businesses that service tourers and motorhomes were judged based on customer satisfaction surveys and independent assessment, with the winners revealed at the NCC’s annual members’ Forum, held in Hinckley.
The award winner for Approved Workshop of The Year (fixed base) was F M Caravans Ltd. The winner of the award for Approved Mobile Workshop of the Year went to Worcester-based Tourer Tech Mobile Service Engineers. Both companies service motorhomes, as well as caravans.
The scheme has established an industry wide benchmark for high quality motorhome servicing and maintenance, providing consumers with greater levels of protection and peace of mind.
