The I 490 LE has Malibu’s driving and visibility concept that is designed to give best-in-class vision from the cab, while the wide habitation door is the latest Premium 2.0 type. Externally, there’s also a large rear scooter garage with 1.20m headroom and twin loading doors, each measuring 1.14m by 1.05m.

Above the garage, the I 490 LE has lengthways single beds – one of the best-selling layout types – and the beds are generous in size. Each of the single beds is 85cm wide, while lengths are 1.95m and 2.04m. Additional berths are also available in the form of a lounge bed or drop-down double (1.95m by 1.60m) in the A-class cab, so this motorhome can sleep up to five.

In the main living area, a key feature is the double floor, which incorporates both storage and underfloor heating. There is a large L-shaped lounge area with swivel armchairs in the cab, while the centrally located Comfort Corner Kitchen provides plenty of storage and worktop and is also elegantly separated from the living area by a kitchen counter.

Finally, the layout is completed by a luxurious washroom/toilet with a shower opposite. Folding and sliding doors enable the two to be combined into a spacious, full-width space with lots of light and ventilation thanks to the roof dome.

Then, at the opposite end of the vehicle, there’s a full-sized garage with 1.20m headroom, great for bikes or other more adventurous holiday accessories.

There’s vast storage in the double floor, too, which is accessible from hatches inside or locker doors on the outside of the motorhome.

The I 430 LE has long single beds (1.90m and 2.00m) at the rear and a spacious L-shaped lounge up front. In the centre, you’ll find a space-saving compact galley and a neat combined washroom with round shower.

Inside the motorhome there’s a cosy atmosphere, thanks to a ceiling with integrated, indirect lighting, but most buyers won’t be able to resist the optional Skyview overcab rooflight with leather-covered liner. There’s a flat floor from cab to bedroom, too, which means no potential trip hazards.

Access to this motorhome is via the XL premium 2.0 door, and on board you’ll find an all-in-one washroom (a shower area is created thanks to a swing-wall mechanism) and a kitchen with three-burner hob and large fridge.

There’s a large L-shaped lounge area at the front, while the single beds at the rear are a good size and easy to access via wide steps.
