Lunar Campers launches motorsport-inspired Wellhouse Ford Terrier MS-RT

Lunar Campers — formed last year after Lunar Caravans acquired the UK's leading campervan converter, Wellhouse Leisure — has launched an eye-catching, motorsport-inspired special edition of the Wellhouse Ford Terrier MS-RT.

Its standard sports bodykit — created from the motorsport experience of MS-RT, the specialist Ford converter — is enhanced with multi-coloured exterior decals on the side, bonnet and tailgate, while inside there are matching stripes on the bottom of the white kitchen unit and in the centre of the white, Italian leather upholstery. It also has removable lambswool carpet and the higher-powered Ford 170PS engine.

Inside, you'll find stylish furniture from Tecnoform — a bespoke, Italian-designed, curvy one-piece unit with integrated LED mood lighting, plus plenty of storage space. It includes a kitchen unit fitted with a compressor fridge, and a sink and gas hob covered by a glass lid. The Terrier MS-RT's high standard specification also includes an on-board fresh water tank, 100W solar panel, Eberspacher heating system (with timer) and a portable toilet.

The sliding and crash-tested rear seat, with three seat belts, moves forward to allow longer loads or to bring passengers nearer the driver, then goes back to maximise living space when camping. As you’d expect, it converts to a double bed, with the option of a second double bed in the (SCA) elevating roof.
