German heating equipment manufacturer, Eberspächer, is to launch its new Airtronic 2, a fuel-operated air heater for greater comfort and an Amazon Alexa-based heating control system.

With its new Skill for Amazon Alexa, one voice command such as “Alexa, open my pre-heater and heat my vehicle,” owners can ensure that their motorhome is warmed in advance.

Meanwhile, the new Airtronic 2, which has been specially developed for motorhomes, provides a greater air flow rate and is much quieter than previous generation diesel heaters.
