New for 2024
The Yoka Go is probably the biggest launch for Dethleffs in 2024. But the bad news is that the Yoka Go does not figure in Erwin Hymer Group’s plans for the UK in 2024.
On the outside, it looks like a fairly standard, compact motorhome on a Ford Transit chassis. Quite similar, too, to the same-size Globebus Go T 15 that’s also new for 2024. Then you spot the double doors on the UK offside and the top-hinged tailgate at the rear.
The rear hatch (with window) opens to reveal an end lounge. There’s a free-standing table and, unsurprisingly, the area converts into a 2.05m by 1.35m double bed. It’s the airline-style floor rails than run through the lounge that give the Yoka Go (Yoka means leisure in Japanese) its USP – with over 1,200kg of payload, you won’t have to worry about overloading. That HUGE carrying capacity has been achieved by giving the Yoka Go a back-to-basics spec and some novel touches – and omissions. There’s no washroom – in its place a full-height, double-door wardrobe can store plenty of gear, including a Porta Potti, if you wish. The top lockers aren’t fixed pieces of furniture; soft fabric bags clip to the walls and can be carried into your home for packing or unpacking.
Then there’s the kitchen, which comes with a fitted sink, connected to 10-litre fresh and waste water canisters (pop-top campervan-style). Cooking is done on a single-ring induction hob (there’s no gas in the Yoka Go), while the fridge (a 35-litre portable compressor model) is an optional extra that fits in the supersized kitchen drawer.
There are plenty of other extras to consider, too, so few Yoka Gos are likely to stay at the super-keen €46,999 base price.
However, the new Globebus Go, a more conventional motorhome range, is going to be available in the UK. Based on the Ford Transit, there are two compact models. The T 15 is 5.99m long and has a transverse double bed above a garage area. The T 45 is 70cm longer and offers twin single beds at the back. These are also narrower that average at 2.20m. Take note of the 86-litre compressor fridge and 6kW diesel heating, which reduces dependence on bottled gas. With LPG only used for cooking, the gas locker can be smaller, freeing up storage space.
The Comfort Pack will be included on UK models and includes rain sensor wipers, air-con, overcab rooflight, window in the habitation door, cab blinds and the singles-to-double bed conversion kit in the T 45. Options include a Winter Comfort Pack, 155bhp engine (130bhp as standard), automatic gearbox, solar and lithium battery.
Prices start from £69,400, and models will be arriving at dealers from spring 2024. There is also a new Just Camp range of low-profiles, based on the Citroën chassis, offering various layouts, from end washroom models, to island and single bed floorplans. It might be an entry-level range (prices start from £74k, which sounds a lot but you'll struggle to find much for less), but you get a lovely 70cm-wide door, 150mm-thick multi-zone cold foam bed mattresses, and up to 2.13m of headroom throughout (apart form under drop-down beds). Those drop-down beds are an option, as is a second garage door.
Finally, we move to the Globetrail campervans, which will be available in the UK for the first time. There are seven layouts on three different lengths of Fiat Ducato, available in two specifications – Classic and Advantage.
Classics will be based on the Fiat Ducato or Citroën Jumper (Relay in the UK), while Advantage models come with extra specification, like flush-fitting windows, extra window in the rear, 16in alloys, leather steering wheel and awning.
Washrooms vary depending on the layout, but there are four versions to consider – the Fixed washroom has a compartment with a curtain for showering; the compact bathroom with a tambour door to create a shower area; the swivel bathroom with a swing wall to create the shower cubicle; and the centre bathroom that has tambour doors that can extend out into the aisle to create a separate shower area.
You can also specify a pop-top roof with a double bed or a continuous run of lockers into the cab either side of a large rooflight.
Prices are expected to start from £53,800 for the Classic rnage and £62,800 for the Advantage models.

For active families looking to buy their first motorhome, Dethleffs’ entry-level low-profile Trend is the ideal choice.
The four-berth Trend T 7057 DBL boasts a sporty look with its modern design and aerodynamic overcab moulding – and you can opt for a large opening rooflight here.
Families who love outdoor activities will make good use of the large rear garage. It’s the perfect place to store the likes of bikes, surfboards and sporting equipment and you can access items stowed in there from both sides of the motorhome.
Inside, comfort is to the fore. The fixed beds have wooden slatted frames and 150mm-thick mattresses made of climate-control material designed to keep you warm in winter and cool in the summer.
For clothes, there’s wardrobe storage to the left and right of the rear bed and a floor-to-ceiling wooden door provides extra privacy.
The T 7057 DBL has a high-level island bed at the rear, height-adjustable as an option. You can also choose to add an electric drop-down bed above the lounge, plus make the lounge seats into a further single.
The kitchen is well-equipped, with pride of place going to the tall 137-litre fridge with a separate freezer compartment. The three-burner hob, coupled with the oven and generous work surface area, makes it perfect for cooking up proper family meals on the move. There’s also storage aplenty in the kitchen area, including large soft-close drawers.
Rails on the walls allow you to improve storage and add accessories, using the MultiFlex system. For extra privacy, the spacious washroom with shower and toilet has a door that closes off the bedroom and toilet from the living room. There’s also a sliding door to provide privacy from the bedroom.
The interior of the motorhome is light and airy, with a standard ‘Virginia Oak’ wood effect, and the overall interior scheme is contrasting tones of earthy browns and cream. The bright feel is enhanced by the 70cm by 50cm Panorama skylight in the living area.

Globetrail is a brand-new campervan range in the UK from Dethleffs for 2024. It features six layouts available as the entry-level Classic, and the more spec-laden Advantage.
Based on the Fiat Ducato, the Advantage comes with a generous specification, including flush-fitting windows, an additional window in the rear, an awning, leather steering wheel, 16in alloys and more.
Choose between various lengths, the type of washroom and whether it has double or single beds.
The Globetrail offers four different washroom options: fixed, large washroom, swivel or comfort – the swivel and comfort washrooms are only available in the Advantage Line. All models feature swivelling captain’s chairs, a seating area at the front, and a central kitchen and washroom.
A pop-up roof is available as an option on all models, allowing you to create an extra two-berth bedroom, making it ideal for families.
The washroom is an all-in-one affair, but a door closes off the rear from the front to create a private dressing area. You’ll love driving it, too, with excellent visibility, a result of the large panoramic window and that A-class cab means there feels like there’s more room to spread out. Even long journeys will be a joy.
