Danbury launches new VW Caddy-based camper
Danbury Motorcaravans has launched a new campervan based on the Volkswagen Caddy
The new “Dynamic” is marketed as a "compact and versatile campervan worthy of consideration to anyone contemplating a daily useable family vehicle but with all the features of a larger motorcaravan".
It is available with either a fixed low roof or a super flat raising roof and there is an option to select DSG automatic transmission.
The practical camper carries up to five people, all forward facing with three-point seatbelts.
The habitation area is equipped with a two-burner gas hob with grill, a 40-litre compressor fridge freezer. There is also a stainless steel sink with electric tap and glass lid.
Mains hook-up and charging system are fitted as standard and the interior has both 240v and 12v sockets.
There is a 85 amp hr leisure battery and assorted LED lighting and strip lights.
As is expected, the rear bench seat converts into a double bed.
The new Dynamic costs between £25,999 for the 1.6TDI 102PS version up to £27,899 for the 2.0TDI 140PS model.
