Caravan and Motorhome Club announces insurance competition

The Club has a perfect five-star review on Trustpilot, for providing its members with coverage for accidental damage, theft and loss. Users can expect a competitive price, too, compared to elsewhere on the market. The Club also offers a benefit where it’ll beat the renewal quote from your existing insurer by at least £25. You can also add the Club's Mayday UK Breakdown Cover, tailored to leisure vehicles, on top. From £80 per year, members are covered for emergency breakdowns and roadside recoveries nationwide.

Club training courses are specifically designed to develop the manoeuvring skills of all ability levels. On the motorhome manoeuvring course, participants can expect to learn details on the laws and principles of driving a larger vehicle, as well as manoeuvring an outfit forwards and backwards with confidence.

On the caravan towing course, winners will learn about hitching up and towing safely and confidently. They will also either learn, or receive a refresher course,  in curved reversing and the impact your load can have on your manoeuvring ability. The caravan manoeuvring course will consist of a variety of straight-line reversing, both nearside and offside reversing, and all three kinds (lateral, fore, and aft) of levelling.
