Campervan rental company, roadsurfer, launches in UK

German campervan and motorhome rental specialist, roadsurfer, has now entered the UK market with its first ‘rental stations’ opening in London and Edinburgh this month

The colourful fleet of roadsurfer campervans will grow to almost 5,000 this year, and offers several models to the UK market, including the four-berth VW California Ocean.

Founded in Munich in 2016, roadsurfer is now based in 12 European countries with over 50 rental stations, plus it also opened its first US station in Los Angeles in June 2022.

In 2021, the rental company launched its own booking platform and app – roadsurfer spots – offering unique camping spots throughout Europe, including Italian vineyards and beachside locations.
