Campervan converters Murvi offers Pimento campervan with twin beds
Devon-based campervan converters, Murvi, has been building the Pimento and Pimento XL for a number of years, but only in double bed guise. It can now be ordered with single beds instead, which can still be pulled together to form a double, if preferred.
The Pimento campervan and slightly larger Pimento XL campervan are both available on the latest Fiat Ducato (from £53,070) or Ford Transit (from £56, 387). It features a front lounge with a long side sofa that easily pulls forward to make a double bed. However, the latest Pimento campervan now features tracks on the floor, meaning the two foams that form the double bed can also be separated to form two single beds, instead.
Behind the lounge there’s an L-shaped kitchen, with a sink and drainer behind the sliding door, and a hob, oven/grill and fridge at the back of the campervan. Opposite is the washroom, complete with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
In the larger Pimento XL, there is a rear storage area adjacent to the washroom, which was previously only accessible from the back of the vehicle via the barn doors. However, the updated Pimento XL now features a door in the washroom, so that the storage area can also be accessed from inside the campervan.
