Swedish manufacturer buys into Coachman Caravans

KABE, the Swedish motorhomes and caravans manufacturer, announced1 today it has bought a 21.5% stake in Coachman Caravans.

KABE and Coachman make premium products which don't compete, making the acquisition appear a good match. The companies look set to collaborate on product development, technology and gain economies of scale through their purchasing activities.

Coachman and KABE will complete their deal on 1st August 2018.
