Following a £1.5 million cash investment, Marquis has announced that it's moving its Suffolk branch into larger premises, creating new jobs with an aim of further improving customer experience. The branch has relocated to the more modern facilities at the former Trucks R Us site, just a few miles away on Farthing Road, Sproughton, Ipswich IP1 5AP.
The new site will spread over 1.5 acres, displaying over 100 caravans and motorhomes, with a dedicated valeting bay and an impressive 10 bay service centre.
"Suffolk is a strategic development for Marquis in resonse to growing motorhome market share and the introduction of caravan sales in the area," explained Mike Crouch, marketing director.
"We've invested heavily in this new site to meet increasing local demand and offer better servicing facilities to deliver a much more rewarding experience for our customers.
"Staff numbers will increase, providing more people with the change to work for a well-respected and prestigious brand within our industry."
Customers are welcome to visit the caravan dealership from today, and there will be a grand opening held in September with a special guest performing the opening ceremony.
