Go Ape, the treetop adventure company, have launched the UK's first tandem zip wire adventure, which with over three kilometres of zip line is also the longest series of zip wires in the UK.
All this adventure takes place in the beautiful landscape of Grizedale Forest Park in Cumbria. For many the zip wires are the best bit of Go Ape's outdoor adventures and at the new Zip Trekking Adventure visitors can zip through the trees either solo or tandem, at heights of 100 feet above the forest floor and at speeds of up to 30 miles per hour. You'll get views of famous landmarks such as Langdale and the Sleeping Man of Coniston as never seen before. For further information on Go Ape Grizedale and the Zip Trekking Adventure click here.
