Eriba Touring 620
Eriba Touring caravans are icons of retro styling. They’re also known for their exceptionally sturdy build quality, their aerodynamic design – and have gathered a cult following over many years; indeed, the shape of these models has remained largely unchanged for more than 60 years.
They are distinguished not only by their shape but by their pop-up roofs; tough fabric and integrated mosquito nets bridge the gap between the roof and the body of the caravan.
Exceptionally efficient use of space is another Eriba Touring attribute.
The 630 is the largest in the range. It has a fixed double bed (2.05m by 1.55m) at the front and, at the rear, the dining area can be converted into a bed that measures 2.05m by 90cm. An optional sleeping area for the roof adds a bed that’s 2m by 1.38m; this adds 35kg to the weight of the caravan.
Heating comes from the Truma Combi 4 blown-air system that heats the water as well as the space. The 630 has a 45-litre fresh water tank.
Kitchen equipment is a 133-litre fridge – with a door that can be open from either side – plus a two-burner hob, and a hinged worktop extension.
The toilet compartment contains a bench-style toilet, washbasin and shower tray.
Eribas have fully galvanised tubular frame chassis and long drawbars (always acknowledged to increase towing stability) that have sufficient space for a cycle carrier.
And there’s an awning light with an inbuilt motion detector.
Options include the ability to uprate the MTPLM up to 1,600kg, a jockey wheel with an integrated load indicator, a spare wheel with underfloor bracket, an anti-sway system and a Truma motor mover. You can upgrade the kitchen with a three-burner hob, and a combination oven/grill. And you can add a shower and curtain.
There are also stunning colour options – red, bright blue and yellow-gold – in addition to white or silver.
Key features
- Fixed bed
- Pop-up roof
- Drawbar space for cycle carrier

Eriba Touring 530
If you like the vintage cool image of Eriba Touring models but fancy a slightly more compact model than the 630, here are two to tempt you.
The 530, like the 630, sleeps three. It’s the same width as the 630 but it’s shorter – and lighter in weight. The layout is the same, with the fixed bed at the front and the dining area at the rear, and a wardrobe and toilet compartment between the two.
Also like its larger sibling, there’s a vast storage area under the fixed bed, with an exterior access hatch. And all Eriba Touring models have a folding fixed step.
The fridge in this model has an 81-litre capacity. There’s a 12-litre water contained fitted in the kitchen an also a 12-litre water container in the washroom.
Heating comes from the Truma S 3004 gas-powered unit.
Key features
- 81-litre capacity fridge
- Water containers in the kitchen and washroom
- Large under-bed storage area

Eriba Touring 540
The Touring 540 gives you a double bed (1.9m by 1.98m) – and the option to go for twin beds and a table between the two. That’s in addition to a two-person dining area at the rear; this converts to a single bed (1.98m by 60cm).
Like the 530, it has two burners and an 81-litre fridge. There is a hinged worktop extension. Optional extras include a three-burner hob rather than the standard two-burners, an electric fan (mains or 12V) for the heating system, an electric water heater (with a five-litre capacity) and a 30-litre fresh water container.
You can also opt for extra mains sockets and a twin USB socket. And, as with all three models that we feature here, you can go for a shower (the shower tray is already in situ).
Also in common with the other models, you can choose the colour of your Eriba. White, silver – or a choice of three startling colours. These are called Harbour Blue, Tango Red and Nugget Gold.
Key features
- Double bed
- Option to go for twin beds
- Range of optional extras
