Business as usual for The Caravan Company after fire

Northamptonshire-based caravan dealer, The Caravan Company, is still open for business, despite a serious fire taking place earlier this month

On the evening of 8 July, a fire broke out at the dealer’s Finedon branch, causing damage to the site itself, neighbouring properties and the loss of around 17 caravans.

However, thanks to the quick response of the emergency services and the staff’s tireless efforts to clear the site, the branch was back open and ready for business the very next day.

Paul Wood, Director of The Caravan Company, says,

The dealer also says that sales at the Finedon branch increased in the following days after the fire.

The Caravan Company's other site in Wimborne, Dorset, remains unaffected and continues to trade as normal.
