Pop-up camping location coming to Welsh holiday park
From the 870-mile coast path, to historic sites such as Conway Castle, the Welsh coast certainly has plenty to offer. And for this summer, there is now an additional temporary campsite right in its centre.

This August, Aber Bay Holiday Park, near Aberystwyth will open a pop-up camping field with all new facilities.
Aber Bay Holiday Park sits centrally on the coast of Wales, just a 15-minute drive from the nearest town, Aberystwyth. The campsite is situated right on the picturesque Clarach Bay and also has a beachside clubhouse. The new camping field has pop-up showers as well as washing up and toilet facilities. Prices are likely to start at approximately £25-£35 per tent per night.
The campsite, which is part of the Allens Caravans group, also recently installed glamping pods on the campsite, which also includes caravans and luxury holiday homes and lodges. Aber Bay say the pop-up pitches will include the use of all the campsite facilities.

CEO of Allens Caravans, James Allen, commented,
"With our history of providing holidays for the nation, we have seen many different styles of accommodation, and we know what holidaymakers are looking for when it comes to flexible, modern spaces. We want to give as many options to people, and families, as possible, including the most cost-effective options, which is why we are offering the chance to camp with us this August.”
No official dates of the pop-up campsite have been released yet; however, Allens Caravans says it will not open until August. Guests can book their stay with Allens Caravans by calling 01970 828900 or through the Aber Bay Holiday Park Facebook page.
