New Ownership For Fishpool Farm Caravan Park
News
A caravan park in Cheshire has changed hands and the new owners have big plans for what’s next.
Fishpool Farm Caravan Park in Delamere has been bought by Ty Gwyn, one of the UK’s longest-established holiday park operators. The North Wales-based, third-generation family business is set to invest heavily in the campsite, with the aim of turning it into one of the area’s top spots for lodges, static caravans, touring caravans and motorhomes.

Now renamed Fishpool Holiday Park, it’s due to reopen towards the end of April after a series of upgrades, including infrastructure improvements and the arrival of a range of new luxury lodges and caravans.
There’ll be options to both rent and buy caravans and lodges, while touring visitors will still be welcome for seasonal or short stays.
Work is well under way, with groundworks, drainage and landscaping in progress. The first batch of new caravans has already been delivered.
One of the holiday park’s biggest draws is its location near Delamere Forest, known for its traffic-free walking and cycling trails, as well as the Sandstone Trail. The surrounding area also boasts plenty of pubs, restaurants and farm shops to explore.
