Hoburne wins coveted consumer award for second year in a row
Dorset-based Hoburne has been named as one of the best holiday park businesses in the country for the second year running by the UK’s consumer champion, Which?.
The company is one of several independents that significantly outperformed the bigger, national brands.

First recognised in 2024, and now again in 2025, Hoburne was awarded Which? Recommended Provider Status. This followed a survey of holiday park visitors and holiday home owners scoring the company highly on attributes like value for money, the quality of on-site facilities, customer service, cleanliness and the standard of accommodation.
The survey also revealed that Hoburne offers the most competitive price per night of any of the top five businesses in the sector.
There are nine Hoburne holiday parks across the UK, offering holidays and holiday home ownership in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire and the Cotswolds.
One of the parks, Blue Anchor, on the coast near Minehead, also has touring pitches available.
Commenting on the award, company CEO, Jim Forward, said,
To win Which? Recommended Provider Status last year was a great achievement for the whole team. I just want to thank everyone who took part in the Which? survey and who expressed their appreciation to the extent that we’ve achieved this prestigious recognition for a second year.
