Birchington Vale (Two Chimneys)

Has 240 touring pitches on a 40-acre flat campsite in a rural part of Kent, just two miles from the coast. Extensively improved, with newly-built toilet blocks and a laundrette, as well as a funky telescopic-roofed pool (on a hot day it’s like being in an outdoor pool). Also has a licensed clubhouse, shop, takeaway, children’s play areas and a tennis court. Three grades of pitch are offered - from basic tent camping pitches to hardstandings with electric, water and drainage aimed at motorhomes and caravans. Visit historical Canterbury and the sandy beaches of Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate.
