Creeksea Caravan Park is tucked way at the end of a shady lane, deep in the Dengie peninsula. Although the very mossed and tired sign states Tourers Welcome, the touring pitches are occupied by seasonal bookings so call before you turn up to see if there's any space. Divided into static van and touring areas, the site has 60 hook ups on grassed level pitches. However, when we called in mid-March there were no vacancies until late September.
