A gentle, rural campsite peacefully set in the Sussex countryside with a choice of two pitching areas – an open meadow or in woodland, brilliant with bluebells in spring. You're not far from the little village of Waldron, worth visiting for its old pub – plenty of atmosphere. Don't go home without walking part of the South Downs Way which splendidly marches westwards from Eastbourne's dramatic Beachy Head and do stop off to take a look at the Long Man of Wilmington on his hillside.
