Kingsmead Centre

A small independent campsite set on the border of Devon and Somerset in the Blackdown Hills AONB. Just 15 minutes from the M5 and 30 minutes to the south west coast, it is an excellent base to explore the area or equally a remote tranquil place to simply relax.

From woodland pitches to cosy static caravans, there is a pitch to suit everyone, including a gorgeous yurt for that added bit of luxury. There's a toilet and shower block at either end of the site. The newly renovated upper block boasts individual shower rooms and is fully heated. In the lower camping field you will find generous sized wet rooms with unlimited hot water, a communal washing up area with fridge/freezer and tourist information. Kingsmead Centre has two pleasure angling lakes on site and fire pit hire is available.
