Joa 54G
The Joa 54G proves that compact doesn’t need to mean compromise. At 5.41m, it is manoeuvrable and well equipped, with a rear garage bed, full kitchen, washroom and lounge. The refreshed Joa by Pilote identity, unveiled at the NEC show, makes sense, as Joa vehicles are designed and built in the same factory and benefit from the same expertise as Pilote.
The 54G is an ideal all-in-one for solo travellers or couples seeking style, value and everyday usability on the road with practical features and thoughtful design touches.
Bespoke Edition
Bespoke Leisure’s new VW Crafter stood out at the NEC as a premium MWB conversion, pairing a 177hp 2.0 TDI engine with striking enhanced body styling. Designed for true off-grid touring, it delivers a fully gas-free set-up with diesel heating, an electric water heater and induction hob.
Inside, a high-spec cabin includes a 10.4in touchscreen, digital dash and heated steering wheel, blending comfort with serious touring capability throughout. It’s all wrapped up in a polished, contemporary finish appeal.
Hillside MVX eHybrid
It might look like a Volkswagen California, but the Hillside MVX is a new joint venture between VW and the Derby converter. Based on the VW Multivan, the eHybrid version combines electric hybrid technology with Hillside’s well-regarded conversion quality.
Inside, the smart layout feels airy and well-considered, with flexible sleeping solutions. It promises lower emissions without sacrificing comfort – offering impressive driving refinement and fuel economy benefits
Ace 1200 RL
Ace is a revived British brand which made its official debut at the NEC. The brand is aiming to attract first-time leisure vehicle owners with a simple range of keenly priced models.
There is a choice of three Fiat Ducato-based campervan models in the range, with prices starting at just £59,805. The 1200 RL is the only six-metre campervan and, like the rest of the line-up, it has a half-dinette front lounge with full-height walk-through into the cab and Isofix on the forward-facing bench. This layout also features a second lounge at the rear.
Bailey Endurance E62
This new offering from UK manufacturer Bailey is a two-berth layout based on the Ford Transit. It features a central kitchen and washroom, plus a rear lounge that converts into either a 6ft 3in single or a spacious 6ft 1in by 6ft 3in bed.
With a Truma 130W solar panel, 80Ah leisure batteries, Truma diesel Combi heating and insulation, it could be well suited to off-grid adventures.
Mega Mobil Mega Lounge 680 S Twin
The 680 S Twin is a two-berth motorhome built on a rugged MAN chassis. Inside, a motorised, electric-adjustable rear bed drops down over a generous lounge area, with overhead storage providing extra space for kit and luggage.
Rolling Homes Darwin FL
The Rolling Homes Darwin FL stood out as a true luxury contender, built on the 6m VW Crafter with an exceptional finish throughout. The layout combines a spacious end washroom with a rear garage, while, inside, high-spec touches like Corian worktops, an induction hob and a full oven elevate the experience.
Storage is abundant, and the flexible lounge and bed set-up, combined with a 300Ah lithium system, make it as practical as it is premium.
Bilbo’s Nexa+ Pro
The new Nexa+, unveiled at the NEC, is based on the T7 Transporter and has evolved to suit the new van, offering a little more space and a bigger roof bed, whilst retaining the quality and practicality for which Bilbo’s has become synonymous.
It features the latest version of its Low-Lie side-hinged pop-top, which provides the same headroom along its full length. The layout has a totally different feel to the typical VW camper and keeps the lounge separate from the kitchen.
