It's Hot to be Healthy! Keep adventuring for years to come...

Joining us at 6 shows this year Tom & Amy will be running talks and exercises classes to help you take care of your health on the road and in day to day life. But you don’t have to wait until then to start making positive changes to your health and wellbeing! They produce an online magazine called It’s Hot to be Healthy, which is packed with new information every month on how to take back control of your health.

Health information is everywhere, yet clarity is rare. One week butter is the enemy, the next it’s sugar. One headline warns coffee will harm you, another claims it will save you. Social media is full of miracle supplements and quick fixes for complex problems, but the promise of instant solutions keeps you dependent rather than empowered. At the same time, many people are being failed from both directions. Mainstream medicine often manages symptoms instead of exploring root causes, while parts of the wellness industry sell expensive products that promise transformation without addressing the basics. Between the two, people are left tired, confused, and wondering why nothing is working for them.

But the reality is that the biggest differences come from the least glamorous things: how you eat, how you move, how you sleep, how you manage stress, what you’re exposed to, and how supported you feel emotionally. And this is what Tom and Amy are all about; helping you cut through the confusion and get back to those foundations. They focus on what they call ‘The Three Pillars of Health’: physical, mental and environmental health. This includes nutrition, movement, mindset, circadian rhythms, nervous system support, sleep and more. It’s the whole package, and what’s great is that a lot of it is free; it just requires time and prioritisation.

It’s Hot To Be Healthy was created to support real health in real ways. They wanted something realistic, honest and practical. A place where health isn’t treated like a trend or seen as a luxury exclusive to the rich, but as something that steadily becomes part of every day life. The epitome of self care. 

Each month, they break health down into manageable chunks. They promote physical health through achievable workouts, seasonal produce guides, realistic food swaps and ingredient highlights. They support mental health with life coaching tools, neuroscience and mindset work, and throughout it all, awareness of your environment; is it helping or hindering you? 

This is about long term sustained change. Creating a lifestyle that allows you to get the most from life. We all want to be adventuring well into old age don’t we?! 

There is no single perfect way to be healthy. Bodies differ, lives differ and access differs. But the beauty of health is that we have so many tools available to us, everyone will be able to find something that works for them. That’s why their magazine is a guide, showing you what you can do to support your health and wellbeing.
