The SupremeLine sits as the flagship of Hymer’s Fiat-based line-up and is the ultimate range of its B-Class range of A-class motorhomes. Hymer calls these (and the rear lounge DuoMobils) its ‘Luxury class’ models for good reason.

There are three layouts in the B-Class SupremeLine (B-SL for short) range, two at 7.79m long and this model at a slightly more modest 7.39m.

Like the longer 704, the 674 layout features twin rear beds above a garage.

Key to the appeal of all B-SLs is the new SL (Super Light) Chassis – Hymer’s own unique low frame mounted behind the Ducato cab. This new chassis features a heated double floor containing both fresh (180-litre) and waste (150-litre) water tanks and storage accessible from both sides.

A flat underfloor improves aerodynamics and reduces noise while driving, while the construction is 16% lighter than a conventional chassis. Hymer’s Pual bodywork, meanwhile, has been an industry leader since 1978. Now, with Pual 2.0, Hymer has improved its tried-and-tested methods with an aluminium inner skin and a hail-proof GRP roof.

Cosmetically, the handsome A-class body is finished off with Hymer’s unique LED headlights and hybrid tail-lamps. A 65cm-wide habitation door and a garage loading capacity of up to 450kg are further benefits.

Of course, inside, the long single beds at the rear (2.00m by 0.82m) are one of the most important aspects, while a spacious wardrobe and linen drawer are fitted under the beds (and there’s an additional floor-to-ceiling wardrobe near the entrance). The bedroom can be closed off from the living area, while the washroom facilities (including a separate shower) are all situated on the offside, opposite the kitchen with 160-litre fridge and pull-out tray for a capsule-based coffee machine.

The L-shaped lounge can be optionally upholstered in leather, while an electric extending bracket can carry a TV up to 32in (included in the Hymer Smart Multimedia System).

Further options include an Autonomy Pack (with inverter and Lithium battery) and Arctic Pack (with Alde heating and heat exchanger in place of the standard 6kW Truma system).
