Full Review
The Premium Pack tops off the specifications on the Auto-Sleeper Nuevo EK, but every new model is sold with it due to customer demand, even though it's £3,500 and pushes the price way over the £50,000 cliff.
It is certainly cracking value, giving you cab air-conditioning, solar panel, alloy wheels, reversing camera, wind-out awning, LED daytime running lights etc.
The latest models get an exterior storage locker as well as an underslung gas tank that frees up some interior space for storage. Plus there's a no-cost option of silver sides, something a lot of buyers are going for.
These latest Nuevos are slightly longer than the originals, although they still use a short-wheelbase Peugeot Boxer chassis, giving a considerable tail overhang. It's also 2.88m tall, making it more susceptible to side winds.
It's not a light vehicle and Peugeot's 130bhp engine will always lack the refinement of Fiat's equivalent, but is a good performer in terms of acceleration.
As you would expect from Auto-Sleepers the interior décor's appeal is very much with a traditional British audience.
Inside it's a traditional two-berth floorplan with settees behind each cab seat and a choice of larger free-standing or smaller pedestal-leg tables.

Our Verdict
Motorhomes twice the size of the Nuevo can come less well equipped. But you do pay the price, literally, for the blend of spec and quality.
Advantages
Proven twin-settee layout
Top-quality build and never-ending spec list
Disadvantages
Initial price
Long rear overhang
