WELCOME to a real tiddler. This is one of the smallest conventional caravans, with an internal length of just 3.68 metres. Only the Eriba offers less interior space - but for two people the Compass is surprisingly capacious.

An estate agent might use the term bijou, but that’s no euphemism for hopelessly cramped; the lounge and kitchen both offer more than enough space. You’ll notice we didn’t lump the washroom in with those two - a deliberate omission because it’s the one fly in the ointment in terms of living space.

It’s not too bad, but an end washroom would be more spacious; this one sits in the offside corner, with the kitchen on the nearside. What would have been better is a larger washroom at the expense of the huge wardrobe, acaravan interior - compass corona 362s there’s more than enough clothes space for two.

There’s also more equipment than you might expect; at a fiver less than ten grand, the Corona is better specified than some luxury caravans of a decade ago. All the essentials are in there, with one or two luxuries as well; more importantly, the 362 is well-built so is unlikely to suffer from build quality issues.
