Adria’s original rear transverse double bed Twin took the campervan market by storm, spawning many copycats. Can this new French bed Adria Twin SF do the same?
It’s an amazing thing, the modern-day van conversion. Over the years we’ve seen the squeezing-in of what have become essential items – hot and cold water systems; blown-air heating that operates from gas as well as mains; fully plumbed-in, flushing toilets; full-size shower compartments, lounges for four or more… maybe it’s not so surprising we’re very much into fixed beds now.
And it’s Adria who have been at the vanguard of all this, giving us the original Twin (called the Van Win in its earliest guise).
Built in Slovenia. Base vehicle from Italy. French bed. UK approved (by trade body the National Caravan Council), and on sale here right now (from a steadily increasing number of dealers, too).
That’s the latest variant, the Twin SF, joining a quartet of models that Adria produce under the title Van.
