A grey and white exterior is your first clue to the modernity of the Wentwood. The grey palette continues with an ultra-pale grey deep-pile carpet and bold blue furnishings in the lounge. An amazing feature glowing ‘fire’ set into a large, plain white surround is the modernity statement here; simply stunning.

Kitchen

The kitchen appliances are a BEKO four-burner hob with separate oven and grill, plus a dishwasher. The décor is pale grey with subtle wood-effect pattern in the worktop and very pale grey plain cabinets.

Utility room

The utility room leads off the kitchen towards the back door. The washing machine is here together with a circular sink (that’s notable because not all utility rooms have sinks and an extra sink is so useful!) and lots of cabinets plus a walk-in cabinet equipped with coat hooks.

The mirrored vanity area is angled, giving the room an interesting dimension.

Opposite is the main bedroom with shower en suite plus a walk-in dressing room with two hanging areas plus lots of shelving and five drawers.

The accent colour, in the curtains and bedhead, is rich purple, in small quantity and combined with white and pale grey.

The second bedroom’s accent colour is zingy lime yellow, teamed with white and grey – gorgeous! It’s a delightful light and bright room, interesting, with a large window on the side wall plus a second window on the rear wall.
