MANOR House Park had been in existence for many years prior to Tingdene Lifestyle Ltd acquiring it in July 2006. One of its main features is that it fronts the River Trent and has around eighteen fishing pegs, which are available to residents free of charge.

The park enjoys a countryside setting with extensive views over the Trent. It is located down a quiet country lane, within walking distance of village services including a parish church and the Ferry Boat Inn public house.

Church Laneham is situated within easy reach of Lincoln, thirteen miles to the east. The city provides a wide range of attractions, including the cathedral, various museums, cinemas, a famous theatre, lively riverside bars and restaurants, and a good choice of shops and services. Though Lincoln is easy to get to, the nearest place for major amenities is the ancient market town of Retford. The first phase of this development is for sixteen residential homes, eight of which will have views over the river. One of the company’s 45x20 Dolben Lodges  has recently been sited as the show home. Depending on the plot size, the homes will vary in size from 42ft to 48x20ft.

Bases for the remaining Phase One homes are currently under construction and, in addition, the area behind them has been almost completely cleared in readiness for Phase Two. When complete, the park will basically comprise three separate sections – forty residential homes, nineteen touring pitches, and the remainder holiday homes.

Prices of the residential homes start at £99,950, rising to £170,000, and include brick skirting, landscaped and turfed garden, steps and parking, with a garage being an optional extra.
