The Hawthorne gets a new design for 2021 with an industrial, minimalist theme and lots of enticing touches including high-level windows that are remote-controlled, in the lounge.

The kitchen incorporates a breakfast bar, making the surface area huge.

The Hawthorne has a central lounge and identical double bedrooms and en suites at each end.

We haven’t yet seen the new Hawthorne, so we’ll go with Pathfinder’s own description of the impressive en suite styling: “Perhaps one of the most impressive rooms in this lodge is the equal and mirrored en suites. Fixtures and fittings include a double shower with a tremendous roof window above. Such a fabulous addition allows a burst of natural light – and a tropical experience. Laced with patterned tiles with a feminine edge, meeting raw scaffold boarding and monochrome influence, it’s a true spectacle.” Nice!

Our view

The en suites sound amazing – and the industrial styling looks set to be a winner in a lodge of immense practicality, having bedrooms and en suites at each end.
