Almost all the front elevation opens to allow your holiday home to become at-one with the 'great outdoors' – it's easy to picture alfresco eating on your decking outside the lounge… Pass the Prosecco, please!

The latest Kingfisher has a distinguished pedigree to live up to; Credited as creating the luxury lodge market, the Omar Kingfisher luxury lodge has been a popular component of the top-end market for many years.

The vaulted ceilings ensure a light and spacious feel everywhere, especially in the lounge. The natural colour palette plays its part in the impression of space, too; the accent shade of pastel turquoise in the lounge and bright, royal blue in the bedrooms inject a suggestion of an ocean edge theme.

A wall-mounted, pebble-effect fire in a broad black frame forms a bold focal point in the lounge. The four-seater light oak extending table sits in a separate area from the lounge. The kitchen flows on from here; a conveniently laid-out U-shape arrangement of cabinets, drawers and appliances including a dishwasher and washer-dryer.

The en suite bathroom and separate shower room are luxuriously equipped and fully tiled; back-lit mirrors are a feature of both.

Your choices

The Kingfisher is available in a range of standard floor plans; some have three bedrooms, some two. Standard sizes go from 36 ft x 20 ft to 50 ft x 20 ft.

Roof terrace option

The Kingfisher is also available with a roof terrace – a lodge with a view! With an external spiral staircase, the spacious upper terrace can easily fit two sun-loungers, as well as a table and chairs – simply sit back and enjoy the view!
