Luxury in classic style - Classic styling mixes with cool greys and tartan fabrics to create a stunning style that conveys an air of luxury

With a new layout for this year, the ‘Westwood’ is a two-bedroom holiday home which has a luxuriously appointed kitchen featuring a range cooker.
This 43ft by 14ft holiday home has an unusual layout, with the main bedroom in the centre and the twin room at the rear.
Lots of classic design elements combine to create a distinctive look – and bold red tartan-inspired fabric is used to inject on-trend style.
The lounge has a traditional three-piece suite plus an ottoman – picture yourself relaxing with your feet up here, or use it as an extra seat on which to perch. Calm grey for the settee, the carpet and the cabinets is offset by the bright tartan fabric which upholsters the two chairs plus a couple of the cushions. We love the brilliant yellow and turquoise of the other cushions; the whole scheme is interesting, homely and inviting.
The lounge has two focal points. There’s a place for a television atop a grey, shaker-style cabinet with a storage and shelf unit above it. Natural wood edges both of these cabinets. When you’re not watching television, the focal point switches to the large fireplace, grey in colour and topped by a natural wood mantelpiece.
The four-seater dining suite sits adjacent to the kitchen and continues the tartan and smart grey theme.
In the entrance hall, five coat hooks are in precisely the right place to offload coats as you step inside, and a large seat, with incorporated drawers, is there for taking off and putting away your footwear.
Kitchen appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The range cooker has a five-burner hob. The sink is ceramic. All of the drawers and cabinets have soft-close mechanisms.
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed which lifts up to reveal a storage area. A shower room is en suite. The second bedroom has three-foot-wide twin beds.
Both bedrooms have classic peach as the predominant fabric shade; it looks luxurious and at the same time nicely bright, with an interesting combination of patterns involving a bold, big traditional leaf pattern on the headboard and some of the cushions, and a nod to the tartan theme which runs throughout the Westwood, for the throws. The Westwood comes complete with bed throws, scatter cushions and bedding.
Both the en suite shower room and the bathroom have extractor fans – and even the toilets in the Westwood have soft-close lids.
Extras that buyers can specify include pocket-sprung mattresses, a washing machine, a space-saver bed for the twin room and a Bluetooth sound system. Buyers can also get their Westwood in residential specification; that’s ideal if you are going to site it on a holiday park which is open all year.
