Court Mount - Holding court

f323cbaf-8901-436e-b5ea-845cd129d548
COURT Mount is an established estate with an established motto: “Where quality, security and service are never compromised.” But the park is currently undergoing an extensive redevelopment program and there are some exciting prospects in the offing.

It is situated in the lovely seaside village of Birchington, a short hop from Margate and the culture of Canterbury. It offers the serenity of village life, but with a convenient and accessible high street.

All necessary amenities are just a short walk away, including banks and building societies, doctors and dentist’s surgeries, and a supermarket. The unspoilt beach of Minnis Bay is within walking distance, too, while other lovely beach walks are just a couple of miles away. The North Downs are within easy reach as is the seafood haven of Whitstable.

Court Mount park itself has beautiful water gardens and an abundance of tropical plants, palm trees and 18th century Italian statues. Now, with the redevelopment, luxurious show homes are available for immediate occupation, each with fully integrated kitchens.

Each home has it’s own manageable garden, with concrete shed provided, and all have expertly-built brick skirts and steps with wrought iron handrails.

As well as show homes and pre-owned homes, orders are now being taken for homes of all sizes – right up to the largest models – all built and fitted out to the highest specification.
