Sunbeach Park is on the coastline of North West Wales, at Cardigan Bay, where the Cambrian Mountains form a spectacular backdrop. Views are both panoramic and breath-taking.

The site runs down to the shore, where the park’s own beach frontage offers safe bathing and abundant rock pools.

Sunbeach Park is located on the A493 Dolgellau to Aberdovey road, a mile south of Llwyngwril village.

Pets are welcome – there are plenty of mountain and coastal walks, as well as dedicated walking areas on the park.

Allens has a policy of taking every opportunity to invest money back into its parks; the most recent focus has been on Sunbeach’s Clubhouse. It has been transformed into a large indoor complex housing a soft play area, a games room, a seating gallery, plus an indoor pool and splash area. The pool has swimming lanes, which tapers off towards the splash area filled with water fountains – the fun zone for families. Outside, there’s an adventure playground plus a toddlers’ play area.

Attractions close to the park include walking and climbing the Snowdonia National Park and the markets of nearby towns.

EXPANSION AT SUNBEACH

This spring Sunbeach sees the completion of an expansion, a development of around 40 plots, some with stunning views straight out to Cardigan Bay, with a vista of the Snowdonia mountain range. There will be a range of both single and twin holiday homes here (prices are yet to be released).
