PARC Morlais is ideal for a discerning holidaymaker looking for a perfect second home. Morlais, in Welsh, means ‘song/voice of the sea’ and the sea dominates the views from the park.

The site is family run and has been lovingly developed from a gently sloping 8-acre green field with stunning panoramic coastal views into a brand new Luxury Lodge park benefiting from a state-of-the-art infrastructure, with all services piped underground to each unit.

The park is registered for a maximum of 30 double size pitches, giving each unit plenty of space and privacy. There is a choice of garden or lakeside pitches, all with wonderful views of the sea and the Snowdonia Mountains in the distance.

Lodges will be sold with a 99 year tenure and a 12-month holiday licence – so owners are able to access their unit throughout the year, giving them the opportunity to spend winter holidays in the temperate west Wales climate.

All roads are built and lighting installed so that new owners can choose their plot in any part of the park. There is an eco-friendly sewerage plant, mains water and adequate electricity supply for each plot, and also piped LPG gas from the gas storage station on site.

A new office building at the entrance to the park has Wi Fi access and there’s a site manager for added security who is also a source of local information.

The site has been landscaped with hundreds of trees and shrubs and three lakes, encouraging the return of endangered birds as well as other wildlife.

FOR SALE

Lodges are available from £99,000, including delivery, siting and decking. A deposit of £1,000 will reserve the pitch of your choice (deducted from the final price if the sale completed within 12 months of reservation).
