CARAVANS In The Sun has secured around 25 plots on phase 2 of its park on Spain’s stunning Costa Azahar – the Orange Blossom Coast.

Demand for homes on the park had been so high that the company had been forced to turn away prospective customers for phase 1, which was completely sold out.

Now, however, to celebrate the release of phase 2 homes, Caravans In The Sun is offering some substantial savings on a limited number of mobile homes purchased and reserved.

These prices are the company’s best ever on sited mobile homes on the coast. “We’re confident that buyers won’t find a better deal for a mobile home in a beach location,” said director William Kay.

“However, customers will have to be quick – only a limited number of homes are available at the discounted rates.”

The English-owned mobile home/camping park on the Orange Blossom coast is only 40 minutes drive north of Valencia and 40 minutes drive south
of Salou.

The park has direct access to the beach and is only a 10-15 minute walk from the nearby harbour town of Benicarlo.

The amenities of Benicarlo include a fresh produce market, shops, supermarkets, swimming pool, cinema, bowling alley, indoor swimming pool, tapas bars and restaurants (many of which overlook the lovely beach and enjoy incredible sea views).

Just 7km further along the coast is the well known Spanish town of Peniscola. This has a 12th-century castle within the city walls, shops and restaurants overlooking the sea and a long stretch of sandy beach leading back to Benicarlo and beyond to Vinaros.

The park itself has excellent facilities, include swimming pool, shower blocks, laundry, bar, café and restaurant. It is open 12 months of the year – so it is ideal for long or short and all-year-round holidays in the warm Spanish climate.

The plot size on the park is about 80m2. Subletting to friends and family is permitted and pets are allowed.

CARAVANS IN THE SUN

Caravans in the Sun is part of Mobile Homes Abroad, founded by William and Sue Kay. The couple were seeking a holiday apartment, but found the costs too great. But on one of their trips they saw an old caravan in a field and decided something like that would be the ideal alternative.

They bought two homes on a parc in the Vendée region, moved them to a smaller site nearby and rented them – the start of a business called European Vacations.

After being asked by customers if they could buy a mobile home, William and Sue found a park willing to reserve plots. Having been joined by new investors Ian and Jayne Ferguson, the business has expanded greatly.
