Holiday home maintenance: TSM Leisure
TSM Leisure is a supplier of parts for holiday homes. If you have a DIY project or if you’re updating and making changes to your holiday home, the range of accessories and parts available from this company is well worth browsing.
The vast range of stock spans every element of a holiday home. Scores of cooker and fridge spares, door and window fittings, skylights, vents, taps and shower mixers, trimming and capping for window fittings – it’s all here and more besides. Even replacement bed frames and mattresses are stocked, plus furniture and interior and exterior lighting.
TSM Leisure is based at Burnham-on-Sea in Somerset; the company symbol is the famous nine-legged wooden lighthouse that stands on the beach at Burnham.
The company was set up last year by Tracy Randle but the origins of the idea go back much further. Tracy started working for a major UK leisure wholesaler in 2001 as a telesales agent. With no prior experience in this market, she built her knowledge and skills over time and climbed her way up to Sales Manager, a position she held for over 10 years.
Also in 2001, Tracy met her now-husband, who was working in the warehouse of the company. He also managed to work his way up in the business, eventually becoming Operations Director.
After years of hard work, they both became extremely successful and knowledgeable in their roles, building long lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.
In 2018, Tracy’s husband was given the opportunity to become a partner in a family business, meaning the family would have to relocate to Somerset. Although they were both committed to their roles, this was an opportunity they had to take.
Once the planning of relocating started, Tracy decided that there was a gap in the market for spare parts for leisure homes and that she could build her own online business in this sector whilst her husband worked full time.
They moved to Somerset in September 2018 and Tracy started the process of founding a business. After all of the legalities were sorted, she started building the website and adding products to it and it went live in February this year.
Free delivery is available on all orders over £100 to most UK postcodes. When goods are in stock, orders placed before 3pm are despatched within 24 hours.
