Residential park profile: Berkeleyparks

20e315df-6b99-4dcd-97bd-b369b99eef4f

The giant Berkeleyparks group has 51 residential parks spread across 19 counties of England, plus four parks in Wales. Some are within easy distance of coastline; others are inland. The group also has holiday parks, in Essex and Wales.

Many of the residential parks have at least one home for sale; some have more. We picked out five of the residential parks to highlight, to give you a flavour of the comprehensive Berkeleyparks portfolio.

Park Profiles

CAULDRON BARN FARM, DORSET

Amid the Purbeck Hills, just 15 minutes from Swanage, Cauldron Barn Farm Park is a new development set in 14 acres for people aged 50-plus. This is a prime location, close to the Jurassic Coast for amazing walks, and with Poole and Bournemouth within easy distance.

Swanage is at the tip of the Isle of Purbeck; a peninsula that is a popular walking area. There are many delightful places along this coast to explore. One of them is the enchanting Shell Bay, at the tip of the Studland peninsula, northeast of Swanage. There’s a delightful feeling that you are miles from anywhere here; the beach is backed by extensive dunes. Cauldron Barn Farm Park, thus, is in a wonderful setting; a great place to call home.

Attractions of the area include Windsor and the meadows of Runnymede, where the Magna Carta was sealed in 1215. This parkland is a great place for many walks. The market town of Chertsey, with its abbey, founded in AD666, has several parks, plus bowls and cricket clubs.
