With uncertainty in the housing market, more and more park home buyers are using property part exchange to remove the stress and worry of selling an existing home on the open market.

One couple explained why buying a park home was, in their own words, 'the best move we've ever made.'

Mr and Mrs Gadd (pictured) moved recently to Oakwood Court, a brand new park home development by Royale Life in Bordon, East Hampshire. They moved to be nearer to their family and were keen on the Prestige Homeseeker Sofia as soon as they saw it.

“Our new neighbours and the park owners are very nice – we couldn’t wish for anything better really. Julie and the Royale team are lovely! The home is so easy to maintain and we love the open-plan kitchen diner.”

To ensure they secured their preferred home, Mr and Mrs Gadd took advantage of the part-exchange scheme managed by Quickmove Properties. It took just a month from accepting Quickmove’s offer of buying their existing bungalow in Rochester, to moving into their new park home at Oakwood Court.

“It was all so easy. Quickmove were very good, they made sure we knew what was going on and the move happened so quickly. Everything is already in the home – we didn’t have to bring furniture and they gave us a few days to move out so we didn’t have to do it all in one day. It’s the best move we’ve ever made and we’re now close to our family.”
