Luxury homes on two parks

1bba79e6-417e-4ee1-b41c-11135f2cfa25

A top-of-the-range home at a special offer price – and a park with its own gym, swimming pool and shop

California Country Park, in Berkshire, is adjacent to a park with a beautiful lake. Now, a new home is available on a plot at the edge of the park – and it’s just a two-minute walk to the lake.

The home is a Stately-Albion Kensington, at a specially reduced price of £319,999. It’s a large home, 50 ft by 22 ft, and equipped with luxuries throughout, even including a wine cooler.

This is a flagship home in the Stately-Albion collection, with more than a touch of grandeur. Vaulted ceilings create the feeling of immense space and the kitchen is beautifully appointed and complete with a breakfast bar.

California Country Park is at Finchhampstead, just four miles from Wokingham in a beautiful woodland setting.

The park home estate gets its name from the adjacent California Country Park, which covers 40 hectares and offers scenic walks, wildlife watching and fishing.

New developments at the park mean that residents now have a key-coded gate entrance from the park homes directly to the lake and park.

California Country Park is one of eight parks owned by JJ Cooper and Sons. Another one at which there’s news is Lincoln Farm Park, on the southern edge of the Cotswolds. A new Prestige Homeseeker Bella Vista has arrived. It’s rustic lodge-style, in keeping with the style of the park.

The Bella Vista is a 46ft by 20ft home, priced at £275,000.

The luxurious Bella Vista has an open-plan layout, with a white gloss finish kitchen with a grey island unit and a stunning grey slate-effect feature lounge wall.

Lincoln Farm Park has its own indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym complex (membership is free for residents), plus a shop selling wines, ciders, freshly made bakery produce and cheeses. This complex creates the impression that you’d always feel you are on holiday if you bought a park home here.
