Full Review

Launched last September at the Caravan Salon Düsseldorf, the Integra Line GT is Eura Mobil’s latest A-class, fitting in the range between the Integra Line and larger Integra. Unlike the company’s other A-class models, it is based on a Mercedes chassis rather than a Fiat Ducato. Initial models are left-hand drive only but right-hand drive versions are expected to debut at this autumn’s NEC show.

There are two models – IL726EF with twin beds (each 1.96m) and the slightly longer IL726QF with an island bed. Here, we’re focusing on the former, which is 7.47m long. The Integra Line GT takes Eura Mobil into a premium sector, where a heated double floor is de rigueur. Here, the basement is 30cm deep and features pull-out storage trays on either side, plus new top-hinged skirt hatches and garage doors that open on gas struts. The GT is built on an Al-Ko STC low-frame chassis and comes with Mercedes’ 150hp motor and a 4,500kg gross weight as standard. It has 16in alloy wheels, ESP and hill descent control. Furthermore, it is the company’s first A-class to have adaptive cruise control, as well as a full gamut of assistance systems, including pedestrian recognition.

Perhaps most important of all is Eura Mobil’s ‘Short Cabin’ concept which is designed to improve driver visibility and make the new model easier to position on the road. Externally, it has a strikingly modern design to go with the latest tech and its optional all-grey finish and Delta alloy wheels create a look that’s certainly eye-catching. Its walls, floor and roof are in GRP with an aluminium profile to connect floor and walls with no cold bridge. Walls and roof are 30mm thick, the floor 38mm. The skirts are in sturdy aluminium and the water tanks (150 litres fresh, 100 litres waste) are in a heated/insulated area. The body is covered by a 10-year water ingress warranty.

The interior

Inside, the new GT boasts 2.05m headroom and a flat floor from cab to bedroom. The décor is new, called Natural Heritage, with a choice of five different fabric upholsteries (and two leathers). As usual at this price point, there are also significant options packs to add. The Mondial Package includes everything from the comfort cab seats and wireless phone charging to the 170hp engine upgrade and nine-speed automatic gearbox.

Then there’s the Mondial Plus Package which adds sat-nav, double-glazed cab side windows, climate control, an outside shower, external barbecue point and a lithium battery. Both of the initial layouts go for a parallel-settee lounge which, in combination with the fold-in-half island-leg table, creates a more open-plan feel. The drop-down cab bed is manually operated as standard but can be electric as an option, as can the windscreen blind.

The kitchen

The fairly compact kitchen contrasts with the wood finish elsewhere, featuring an all-grey look. There’s minimal worktop once the lids for the sink and two-burner hob have been raised but there’s good drawer-based storage and the option to add an oven.

Unfortunately, that is then mounted not in the main galley but above the tall 142-litre fridge opposite where it is very high up. It's no surprise to find split en suite facilities towards the rear, with the shower on the offside and toilet on the nearside. I don’t think we’ve seen anything quite like the leafy wall finish in this shower before, though. The showerhead and riser bar are in black, as is en vogue in 2025.

The washroom

In the loo room, the lower units match the kitchen in grey, while the cupboard alongside the window adopts a more traditional wood finish. The oval basin and swivel toilet are white (is it time that Thetford offered an alternative?) and there’s a radiator here as part of the Alde central heating.

Our Verdict

A stylish newcomer to compete with the likes of Carthago and Hymer in the premium Mercedes A-class market.

Advantages
New modern design inside and out
Double floor with slide-out trays
Alde heating

Disadvantages

No RHD until September/October
Oven mounted too high
