Wellhouse Leisure to launch new-look Hyundai i-Camper
Campervan converter Wellhouse Leisure will launch a new-look Hyundai i-Camper in April 2019, with the introduction of a crash-tested sliding rear seat system.
Based on 2019 Hyundai i800 MPV, the new 2019 model also offers a ‘cascading grille’, headlights, bonnet and bumper. Inside the cab, the steering wheel is now adjustable for reach and rake, plus there are new, heated front seats, while models with satellite navigation have a new seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
David Elliott, CEO of Wellhouse Leisure said: “Feedback from owners of our Hyundai i-Camper has always been excellent, and many have owned them for nearly eight years now. The attractive styling of the new model could tempt them, but will also attract new customers looking for a campervan that’s comfortable and car-like to drive, reliable and great value for money.”
The new Wellhouse Hyundai i-Camper will be available from £44,000 with the choice of an elevating roof or a high-top roof and will be available from selected Hyundai retailers, or directly from Wellhouse Leisure. Full details of its specification will be released nearer its debut in April 2019.
