Tribute Motorhomes cuts price of latest van conversion
Tribute Motorhomes, which makes popular entry-level Ford-based coachbuilts and Fiat-based van conversions, has slashed the price of its 669 van conversion
The van, which is supplied by Fiat and converted by Trigano (Tribute’s parent company) in its Italian factory, was on sale last year at £38,995.
The on-the-road price has now been cut to £34,495 – a saving of £4,500.
The price cut however is temporary and will only run until the end October 21, which marks the last day of this year’s NEC Motorhome and Caravan Show.
This saving is thanks to Tribute’s decision to cut some of the standard specification from the ‘van. The main external changes are a shift from silver to white and the use of new graphics, while the loss of the roof bars and passenger airbag reveal how some of the savings have been possible.
The layout and washroom have also been revised.

Scott Stephens, Tribute’s general sales and marketing manager explained what has led to the price cut.
He said it was based on Tribute’s desire to stem the ever-increasing cost of van conversions. “We are conscious van conversions are getting more and more expensive,” he said. “We have the opportunity to remove some of the specification from the current Tribute which allows us to bring the retail price down.”
However, this sub-6m (5,995mm) campervan, which is based on the long wheelbase Fiat Ducato 33, remains very well specified: as standard it comes with Fiat’s six-speed 130bhp 2.3-litre Euro 5 diesel engine, cruise control, driver’s airbag, electric windows, central locking, four belted travel seats, diesel or mains-powered heating and water heater, 12V electric flush toilet and a 140l fresh water tank.

To make this a four-berth campervan, Tribute offers an extra double bunk bed that slots in above the rear double for an extra £295. This temporary extra double can be completely removed and stored at home when not needed – making it ideal for those who occasionally have children away with them.
There is an option to upgrade to a 150bhp engine (£940) and to an automatic gearbox (£1,386).
