TC Motorhomes focuses on Chausson brand
TC Motorhomes, based near Herne Bay in Kent, has dropped all other new motorhome franchises to concentrate exclusively on the Chausson brand, becoming mainland UK's only solus Chausson dealership.
TC Motorhomes were appointed main Chausson dealers in 2013 and since then, the relationship between the dealer and manufacturer has continued to flourish.
Tony Chamberlain, owner of TC Motorhomes, said in an exclusive interview that he sees great benefit in dedicating all sales and aftersales training on one range of motorhomes, and that the decision to focus 'absolutely' on Chausson was an easy one.
Of the Chausson motorhome line-up he said, “It offers great value for money and the back-up and enthusiasm is second to none. Chausson has developed the product over the last five years and it is getting better all the time. It is head and shoulders above other brands that we have sold.”
Tony believes that the decision will allow TC to stock a wider representation of the French manufacturer’s models, even perhaps including the A-class Exaltis (which is not normally sold in the UK) in 2019. The fact that this range is only produced in left-hand drive is not seen as an issue because the dealership is so close to the Channel Tunnel.
Jeff Kenrick, Commercial Director UK for Trigano, added, “From Chausson's point of view we are thrilled to have the brand recognition from such a progressive dealership.”
