It’s business as usual for specialist luxury British motorhome maker, RS Motorhomes, after a period of uncertainty

On May 18, insolvency specialist, Duff & Phelps, was appointed administrator of the company.

It sold the business and assets to RS Motorhomes Sales (South Yorkshire) Limited.

The new owner, which lists Michael and Alison Rowe (former directors of RS Motorhomes) as its directors, was also able to retain all 45 of the previous company’s employees when it went into administration. 

Mick Rowe told MMM: “Nothing has happened. RS Motorhomes is RS Motorhomes. We’re doing well, producing a fabulous product and we have plans to launch new vehicles at the Motorhome and Caravan Show in October.”
