Italian manufacturer Wingamm has added to its range of monococque fibre glass motorhomes with the launch of the Oasi 540N in the UK. This is based on the Fiat Ducato X250 and has options for 130bhp, 150bhp or 180bhp Euro VI engines. The 540N is just 5.4m long and 2.25m wide with a maximum weight of 3,500kg. Inside, it has a rear corner washroom with a central kitchen opposite a side dinette. Sleeping is courtesy of Wingamm’s longitudinal drop-down bed, measuring 1.97m x 1.34m, which is easier to get in and out of without disturbing a partner because both sides are accessible. It can easily be raised or lowered by hand, and be left with all bedding on it so it’s always ready to use. The kitchen has a Trivalent Dometic 96-litre fridge and a one-piece, fibreglass work surface, There’s a fresh water tank capacity of 100-litres and a grey waste tank of 80-litres. Both are insulated and heated for use all year round. Prices start from £62,000.
