A new company, specialising in two berth van conversion motorhomes, has been launched – and the owners may be familiar to some.

Consort Motorhomes Ltd, based in Leeds, has been set up by Scot and Jane Naylor, the former owners of Vantage Motorhomes. Having sold Vantage in April 2016, the pair took early retirement. But, three years on, and after spending time travelling ‘all over’ and enjoying the motorhome lifestyle, Scot and Jane have decided to revisit their passion for designing and building van conversions.

“Camping and motorhoming has always been our first love and while we’ve enjoyed our three years of ‘retirement’ our vision and drive to build the finest quality van conversion motorhomes has been too strong to resist,” said Scot.

“Our aim is to simplify the process of buying a new van conversion motorhome including all the essential kit we know you’ll need and none of the expensive additional options we know you won’t.”

The new Consort conversions will be based on the latest Fiat Ducato 2.3 Multijet 140, with the new 6m and 6.36m two berth rear lounge models to be launched in time for the Motorhome and Caravan Show at the NEC in October. Both Scot and Jane will be on stand 12.97a during the show.

The Consort range will be available for Spring 2020 delivery, with complete packages starting from £49,950 on the road - that's a special introductory offer on all orders placed before 6th November, 2019.
