Caravan Guard improves motorhome breakdown cover
New and renewing Caravan Guard customers now get enhanced UK breakdown cover as part of their fully comprehensive motorhome insurance policy

Operated through breakdown assistance provider, AXA Assistance, the improved cover is available with two new features:
  • misfuelling cover and
  • ‘stuck in mud’ recovery
The first feature means that customers who misfuel while in the UK can have their tank drained, flushed and replenished with the correct fuel. The second recovers motorhomes when stranded in mud, for example on a campsite.

Both features are in addition to the usual roadside assistance cover, which comes with no weight or length restrictions and the option to extend cover for travel in up to 28 European countries.
