Caravan and Motorhome Club award winners, 2025

Six campsites have been named in the Certificated Location (CL) of the Year Awards. CLs are small, privately owned five-pitch campsites, available only for Club members. 

Llainfran in Ceredigion took the title of Best CL in Wales. This campsite has views of Cardigan Bay and direct access to the Wales Coast Path. It is part of 16 acres of farmland grazed by sheep, two donkeys and alpacas. 

Grange Farm in Lincolnshire took the title of Best CL in England North, while the southern accolade went to Poole Farm in Cornwall, as well as the overall winner. Bee Edge in the Scottish Borders took the final regional title. The Best Newcomer was named as Happy Trails in Lincolnshire and Yew Tree Farm in Cheshire was given the Sustainability Award for its biodiversity, land management, renewable energy, water conservation, recycling and upcycling initiatives and it support of local communities. 

The Club also runs awards for its main sites, to recognise the efforts of the Club’s own campsites.  

The Sites in Bloom and the Sites to Inspire are split into campsites managed by one couple and those larger sites managed by two or more couples.  

Tredegar House in Wales, in a country park with a seventeenth century orangery, gardens and woodland, has bagged the 2025 Multi-Couple Sites in Bloom title for 2025. A repeat winner, Englethwaite Hall in Carlisle was named in the Single Couple category. 

In the Sites to Inspire categories, Alderstead Heath in Surrey took the Multi-Couple trophy for the first time and Bearstead in Kent was also a first-time winner in the Single Couple category. 

The final title, the Sustainability Chairman’s Award, went to Blackpool South for the second year running for its continued work on its environmental, social and economic impact.
