Brook Miller, which makes specially adapted motorhomes for disabled users, has announced new mobility model called the Liberation

Working with RP Motorhomes, the new model, which is a van conversion based on the Fiat Ducato, can be extensively and individually tailored to customer requirements, including different types of access ramps to fully accessible driving systems and even changes to the layout.

The partnership with RP Motorhomes allows Brook Miller to be more flexible with its Liberation, allowing models to be perfectly suited to the needs of the buyer, depending on what type of disability it is catering for.

The company can fit full overhead hoists that can move from cab to rear, while wetrooms can be installed if needed and there's even a new system that allows water to drain away from the shower even if the motorhome is not level.

Beds can be lowered for access or raised to provide storage for mobility scooters, while the toilet can be moved from under the bed to under the sink in a proper enclosed washroom or left out entirely.

Because of Brook Miller’s experience in adapting cars for disabled drivers, the company can also fit a driver's transfer seat, hand controls and other driver adaptions. The company now also offers an adapted towcar on an A-frame as an option. Called Libby, this Fiat Qubo can take a mobility scooter in the back.
